KMGH-TV (http://bit.ly/OqjmMZ ) reported that Stone, dressed in a red inmate jumpsuit, had cuts on his face.

He's accused of stealing a sport utility vehicle with a 4-year-old boy inside it in Longmont Wednesday and then carjacking two other vehicles during the morning rush hour.

The boy was not hurt but Stone hit and seriously injured a state trooper deploying stop sticks. Court documents allege Stone was driving around 100 mph at the time.

Prosecutors have until March 19 to file charges.
